The contactless check-in process made arrival and departure hassle-free. The location was central, nice for easy access to local attractions. The room cleanliness was disappointing, with hairs found in the shower. The wifi was unreliable during the evening hours, impacting our convenience. The breakfast alternative at a nearby coffee house provided excellent value. We enjoyed two coffees, orange juice, and toast for just €8, showcasing great local food options.

The modern rooms are decent and feature comfy beds paired with a nice digital toilet, giving a good level of comfort for a budget option. The view from a balcony room offering glimpses of the marina is a definite highlight.
The shower was way too small, and the lack of storage in the room was cumbersome, leaving little space to move around. There were complaints about cleanliness, with hairs left in the shower and issues with missing toiletries not being replenished. Additional noise from outside made sleeping tricky, especially with disturbances in the courtyard. Plus, the setup for contacting the hotel via WhatsApp instead of having a 24/7 reception could feel rather inconvenient, especially for those unfamiliar with hotel codes and access.

I loved that check-in was super smooth with just a code, and the family room was spacious enough for us all to relax together. Even though the beach was a short walk away, we enjoyed chilling on the small terrace while taking in the vibe of the city. The only downside was the bathroom could benefit from a little more privacy, but it didn't spoil our fun at all! 🌞

Was glad i booked a room with a window and enjoyed the view over the main street. The room was very modern, comfy, and included nice extras like a digital toilet and a tv with netflix. The super nice team. Really enjoyed the small table and chairs in the room, perfect for chilling out. Highly recommended!
The air conditioning was a bit off and the bathroom could've used better lighting. There was some noise outside at night.

It was a great central location. The beach was only 5 minutes walk away. It was also very good value. The breakfast was also very good value at €4.00. There is a bus to the airport just across from the hotel.
Staff were somewhat unhelpful and indeed disdainful (as I found out later, this is not unusual in Alicante). I had a problem with my key for the door. The girl on Reception was not going to leave her station under any circumstances to help me out. As it turned out, it only required that I push the key in quite forcefully. But it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. However the staff had good English -this is unusual in Alicante in my experience. The balcony was too small to sit out in. The soundproofing wasn't hectic either.
